We love cooking blackened fish and/or chicken and topping it with my mango salsa recipe, which can be found here. I like serving this dish with fresh asparagus!
- 2 mahi mahi fillets
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add your olive oil.
Rinse your mahi mahi fillets. Add all seasoning, evenly distributed on both sides.
Add to pan and cook approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove from heat and add mango salsa.
