Let’s celebrate the first day of summer! This piña colada smoothie bowl has sweet pineapple and coconut flavors and tastes just like that tropical vacation we all so badly need.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 banana (sliced)
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Blend together your frozen banana, frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and ice cubes until well blended and smooth.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish the top of your smoothie with the sliced banana, fresh pineapple, shredded coconut, and cherry.
Close your eyes, pretend you’re at the beach, and enjoy!
