Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

I’ve recently discovered the natural beauty and flavor of dragon fruit! It sounds lame to be so excited about a piece of fruit, but if you haven’t tried dragon fruit before, you are missing out!


  • 1 dragon fruit (use half for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup mango (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water


Wash and dry all produce.

If possible, freeze your mango and pineapple prior to making the smoothie.

Blend together your ingredients until you’ve reached a smooth consistency. Add ice to your smoothie blend if you were unable to freeze your produce before blending.

Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish as desired, enjoy!
