Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

This blueberry muffin smoothie is packed with flavor and plenty of protein. It has tons of great substance and texture, and is a great way to kick-off your day!

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or sub for your favorite plant-based milk)
  • 1/4 cup uncooked oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla coconut yogurt

Instructions

Add all ingredients to your blended and blend until you have a smooth consistency. If your bananas and/or blueberries aren’t frozen, add a handful of ice before blending.
